I just have one more question on the e-mail I receive this morning.

If SS is sending a mail and ask us to order regular, why the WAIT LIST is still avaliable for the exclusive version? if SS is very very sure to send 2 e-mails on the subject, I presume they should have noted that wait list is closed

Could very well be, they are also pushing it in the newsletter - at one point they say there's "less than 30 pcs. left", at another point it's "only 15 left".
