I hope Chuck won't mind me posting this link, but these two photos are what convinced me that the Mumak will be a great statue to display....

On pages 1 and 2. Displayed from the front, as in the second photo, I think it looks like a still taken right from the movie when Eomer kills the driver and it falls ontop of the other Mumak. Very dynamic and action packed I think!

I don't like the pose either, and from Josh's pics, the paint job looks only average and the Mumak should be much bigger in a fierce battle pose. I cancelled my pre-order. This will not sell out for a long time, maybe a year.

A big thank you to Fedex!!!! Mine was due for delivery today, and I have been waiting for them to show up with it. Just tracked it and got this from Fedex: "Delivery Exception: Customer Not Available". Of course, they did not knock on my door or leave a note about redelivery, so it seems that they got the wrong house. Now I will go out in the rain and see if any of my neighbors have a note on their door...



EDIT: Well, it turns out they tried to deliver it to the wrong city... Last time Fedex did this (yes, it has happened before, with the Amon Hen environment), it ended up lost and they never delivered it. Let's hope I have better luck this time.

Sorry to hear that, I have had similar experiences with them.
