The Madden Curse thats where the player gets hurt the year after he was on the cover right? If so Vince Young broke that last year while he didnt have the best stats he still made the playoffs.

No it isn't necessarily "getting hurt"---it's having a bad year altogether.

In this current NFL climate, making the playoffs is nothing to brag about, and I certainly wouldn't say Young had a "good" year. He was plagued with injuries the entire time.

Yeah, the NASCAR game drove me nuts but they're coming out with another patch besides a small fix Kain was telling me about. I'm gonna keep it till then and if that doesn't work I'll trade it in.

I don't know if its where I am tired or what but this game might take some getting used too. I donut like the Madden IQ difficulty settings because I believe my 6 year old can do the running test and pass with a perfect score but I know for a fact he couldn't play the computer with a run defense of all madden so the verdict is still out on the difficulty settings. I do know one rule for the league and that is no rewinds its just useless and does not belong in a football game. Well I'm off to bed where I should have been an hour ago.
