Sideshow can't hang with this stuff guys. It's the best and unmatched on every level compared to anything else Alien related that's been produced that I can think of other then Sideshow's Alien Warrior 1:1 bust. A real touch of Hollywood FX and conviction and believe in his work is why MageeFX is one bad a$$! I think Sideshow should consult with MageeFX and have their team get a game plan to produce a lifesize resin/pvc/vinyl/fiberglass Alien Warrior 2.0 lifesize statue or an Alien Warrior 1:1 mid size bust version 2.0 After all Sideshow has the resources and funds to act on it. Has of late with their resent release of their Alien Big chap I've seen alot of passes because it's not setting well for many collectors. The hands and pose are so off it's an easy pass for most including myself.

I don't think so. Infact, it gives it a more insect ant/bee appearance.

In that case it's a problem... I wouldn't want Big Chap to have the characteristics of its upcoming sequel bugs.

I think the arms are not to big or small. The legs are not massive. It's right in the middle of being exactly how it should look. But some will not agree and everyone's options count. For me it's perfect in every way and I would put my money on it over anything Sideshow is currently working on until they can go back to the drawing board with something that give the wow effect. I already pre-ordered the Alien 8th Passenger standing position prop because sideshow has no offerings for lifesize Aliens or preds.

LOL, the arms and legs only look slim or small because of the poor lighting in the room and from the poor quality photos that we're taken. I've obtained close ups for everyone to see a closer look at the beast. I think it's perfect in every way freaks!

LOL, The insert thing is based on Parasitic life form. That is why I think of the Alien has an insert ready to infect thus rinse and repeat.. Okay, I'm getting sci-fi geeky again...lol

The head sculpting looks truly amazing.

It does look very skinny in those shot, but probably caused by camera lens distortion.

Absolutely loving what I'm seeing, though.

^Agreed... I think it's the distortion too, cuz of how hard it must be to get this sucker in frame.

yep, that's one of the nastiest Alien(s) collectibles out there...aside from anything 1:1 queen, of course.

I love McGee's sculpt, but the legs seem far too short. Also, the pose is uncharacteristic for the creature in the first film. In fact, it was his stiffness that caused him to be filmed with limited movement that I think rendered him far scarier - like it moved silently. That said, I see what McGee was trying to do, but I like the original pose allot better.

You don't remember the Dallas hug scene?

It has a very unique way of moving and stuff, but that doesn't mean he can't squat..

It's not like he's trying to be a Nosferatu ballet dancer or anything..
