Magnet problem

I have a problem with to statues that use magnets to connect the arm.

The arm just doesn't fit because the magnet seems to be placed backwards.

Instead of clicking/pushing in, the magent is pushed out. Wrong polarity I guess (I don'(t know the English term for this).


Anybody has/had the same problem ?
And what can be done about it ?

if you got it from sideshow then e-mail them and they'll do you a replacement, otherwise i can't think of anything that can be done aside from removing the magnet and replacing it yourself
