Major Complaint!!!!!

I am so upset that I can barely control my rage enough to type this!!!!






Today......








I went through the drive-thru at Wendy's and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. When I got back to my office and got ready to eat lunch, I discovered that....


















THEY GAVE ME THE REGULAR chicken sandwich...













NOT THE SPICY!!!!





Oh, yeah, and the air conditioner broke down at my house, and my wife and kids are going to bake if we don't get it fixed fast...


I hate spending hundreds of dollars on air conditioning--money that could otherwise go towards something nice and collectible.

Wendy's always gives me regular coke instead of diet coke.

IT PISSES ME OFF!

I HATE regular coke.

AND they fill it too full of ice, so you get, like no coke at all! So when eating a spicy chicken sandwich you have NOTHING to wash it down with.

But they never mess up the spicy chicken with the regular -- that's just WRONG!

This was the one time that they actually gave me Cherry Coke. I always order Cherry Coke--what other fast food place offers Cherry Coke?--but they tend to give me regular Coke instead. At least this time they managed to get the drink right. But now my craving for a spicy chicken sandwich is still with me...

And so is a broken air conditioner.

Well..I ordered a large 6-nuggets meal at McD last week and only got 5. Complained to the manager and got another 6 pack...so I got 11 nuggets in total!:chew

It's been my exp that the entire staff at pretty much any Wendy's does not speak english so you should think of yourself as lucky that you even got chicken.

this is true. i remember asking for a #1 meal once and when i got back to work i opened it up and found a salad with fries and a baked potato???

My day was perfect.........work was good and when I came home, I checked my email and lo and behold..........another waitlist - this time for exclusive 12" Bespin Han Solo - has been converted into an order!


I love my job, my family and Sideshow!

Does no one check their bag before they leave the fast food establishment?

More often then not they always screw up your order at fast food joints...thus I always check my bag before I head out. Of course having worked in fast food and knowing what goes on behind the scenes...I avoid fast food a lot.

I was just discussing this same issue with a coworker yesterday.
Its funny how one chain in one area is better than others and then totally ass backwards elewhere.
Around deez parts, McDonalds has by far the best service at about any branch close by, but Wendys always has the best food.
All nearby Burger Kings get crowned as worst overall. Esp service.

and FYI. a few months ago my wife sat next to a rep for the FDA on a flight to Colorado and he informed her that Taco Bell's meat is just above the grade used in dog food.

Not very surprising really. When I was in high school I worked at pizza hut and almost got fired for refusing to pick up a bunch of NASTY pepperonis off the FLOOR and use them. I told the manager I would not do it and if she fired me I'd go the district manager about it. She just got mad and walked away.

plus, I dont smoke, so I figure I can eat TB sometimes as a trade off

same here, i either get chicken on everything or i dont eat anything from taco bell. their meat makes me sick to my stomach everytime i eat there.

~~~and i refuse to eat at burger king because of the horror stories my friend told me when he worked there in high school.
