Re: The Man of Steel

Batman is like a computer virus he spreads everywhere quickly and rapidly with no physical contact and or proximity. Once infected he consumes threads and or blogs until he effectively takes them over so that they become "Batman Threads"! His power knows no bounds. Hence why he is and always will be the most powerful man on the planet for all eternity!!

Seriously though "who invited the bats to the party??"'

Or Batman fans are just autistic and focus on it in every single topic they participate in. :huh

Re: The Man of Steel

Not sure but the score from gladiator they used in the trailer worked well. Hopefully its as good or better. Will miss the original theme song though. Its just too iconic, much like the "march of the empire/Darth Vader!

Hopefully Zimmer (it is Zimmer right?) manages to come up with something cool.

I'm presuming, as with Batman Begins, I'll find that the classic score just wouldn't fit the new film.

We're autistic, alright; we're autistic savants, that is. We may be socially awkward, but our geniuses are unparalleled.:lecture

Re: The Man of Steel

You can be obsessive and not autistic....as someone with Asperger's I find such comments quite idiotic being it's quite off base with reality....

Re: The Man of Steel

Henrys a beast! You can tell he is giving his all into the role! I think all the supermen that came before would be proud! I dont wanna speak to soon but they picked the right guy to dawn the cape!

Its nice to have a legit Superman MOVIE where they pit him against a villian, you know theres going to be a fight, and knowing Snyders strengths its going to be bad@$$! :clap

I'm starting to feel the same way. :) How have you been my firend?

I couldn't get passed the first 10 minutes of sucker punch. It doesn't deserve a first viewing let alone a second. In Snyder's defense though I liked 300 and dawn of the dead a lot. Snyder seems to do well with material that he doesn't write or create from scratch, which is why I believe man of steel won't be a "sucker punch"

I have faith this will be good. He did greatbwith 300, which is one of my favorite films, and Dawn of the Dead! I also like his Watchmen too!

:exactly: Your Batman comment is so true. :slap:lol

Re: The Man of Steel

Which is ironic because if they were simpler people would criticize them for not being intricate enough.

Yeah . . . :cuckoo:

"Ironic" usage like Alanis Morissette. :joy

What can one say?
Less is more . . . the iconic is simple . . . the elemental is pure.

Two words: Prep time.

Re: The Man of Steel

Body proportions are off, hands look way too small. The likeness is also kind of off and I'm definitely going to go with an lforigno cape. Will wait for in hand pics before I decide.

Don't forget the $400 recast sculpt with real hair.
