I actually just figured it out myself. It's kind of a pain in the butt, but there's a community working together that piece it together faster. Basically, you have to decode the corresponding audio signal using the grid provided. The various rows and columns combine to match the signal as a whole, which then unveils the word.

Don't wanna sound like some kind of know it all ****** but as so as I saw "you" and "alone" before the other words were revealed I immediately thought it would end up saying " you are not alone" and probably be a reference to superman finding out there are other kryptonians (aka Zod and faora), I really assumed everyone would jump to the same conclusion. I'm pretty sure I'm not a genius either. Haha.
