And I did use the same guy for the neck (that's the pers neck there), he was awesome to deal with as usual I can't believe what a huge difference it makes...completely fixes my only gripe with the figure.

Excellent. With lforigno's cape and the modded neck it really is an amazing figure. Easily still in my top 3.

Just went through the thread, some very very cool pieces you have!
Love the Edward Scissorhands, xenoviper's sculpt really makes that one perfect. I'd love to have the combo (it's one of a my favorite movies), but I guess my Mcfarane version has to suffice.
The Emperor on throne looks great as well, he's also still on my to-get list.
McClane, Morpheus, Dexter and the Dude all are also some of my favorites in your collection. That MRM Joker head looks awesome as well, the repaint reminds me of Les Walker's work.
