Might be better to offer those villains as a multi pack.

No way, multipacks would be the worst way to get those out. Many, for example, might want just Egghead and would pass if forced to buy King Tut and Bookworm too. Best to do them separately but they wouldn’t need to be so deluxe. Maybe just a critical accessory or two.

We seem to be getting about ONE Bat-villain a year, so at that rate I'd prefer Penguin and Catwoman and Freeze over the next 2-3 years.

After that, everyone is a bonus.

I might consider Egghead... no on Bookworm, and as a kid I just hated King Tut so, in adolescent principle, I would pass on him too.

Mars showed Mad Hatter further long than any of the above and, despite him looking like Penguin in formal wear and Top Hat, for some reason I really liked him as a kid -- I found the hat opening to be creepy -- so it would be hard to say no if he was offered.

Yes, but it’s a complete custom body underneath. I’m still tweaking, so I’ll post process when I’m done (if successful).

For me aside from Catwoman and Penguin I think any others are just extra in terms of villains.

Freeze would be nice to have too but for some reason I don’t remember his episodes as much. Yet I do remember other oddball characters like King Tut, Bookworm, Egg Head, Mad Hatter, False Face, etc.

I hope they can put together a decent Batgirl. If I remember correctly, Yvonne Craig’s likeness rights are part of the group that aren’t attached to the license, so it’s less likely we’ll get an official figure
