It's not the end of the world I guess but it really does make you wonder how they missed that. Given the accuracy of the overall product.

I'll definitely repaint the mask at some point. I've wanted to make the hair a brighter coral too anyway.

That’s what’s off. The mask color. Something was kinda bugging me about it but I couldn’t figure out what.

On the bright side, Riddler's inaccurate mask will go well with Two Face's inaccurate suit color.

How do you repaint the mask? Do you have to strip the dark color before painting it lighter?

Yes I would think for such a bright colour you will need to take it back to a white/light grey to get the correct colour to really pop.

The prototype had the same issue so seems no one picked up on it in the last 16 months or so

Hopefully someone does a tutorial or something. I don't know that I'll repaint the mask since it kind of matches the coat, but it would be nice to make it more accurate.

Can't believe they had all this time to fix that too and they didn't think of it either. I hadn't seen the proto sculpt in a while but now i totally see it. Both sculpts have the issue no less. It's not a deal breaker, but my ocd might start to creep up at some point over it.

For me I actually prefer the tongue sculpt I don't see much Carrey in the open mouth sculpt. Then we had the previous version that had backs ? And looked like a hamster.

I really love the tongue-out sculpt. I think of the two, that one actually has the better Jim Carrey likeness. But that's not to say I don't think the open mouth sculpt doesn't have his likeness.
I guess the tongue-out sculpt just seems to have more 'life' and 'movement' to it, which captures the essence of Jim Carrey's Riddler much more.

The dark green mask is a little disappointing in terms of 100% screen accuracy, however, I think the darker green works nicely with the jacket ensemble. It's only really with the leotard that it stands out more to me.

This is one figure where I don't mind the lack of a neutral sculpt. Carrey's Riddler was so over the top it wouldn't feel right having him stood there with a blank expression.

Am I the only one planning to display him with Burtonverse figures?

Starting to wonder if the suited Gorshin Riddler might work better now. Despite the camp show it's based off it actually looks more serious than this Riddler.

I am pairing the joker, cat woman, penguin, riddler and two-face all with the 89 Batman. Never cared much for the other 2 Batman iterations other than Keaton…. Should have been him for the next two movies anyway.

Quick and dirty job, and have to say I have absolutely no interest in this character but I think that it's a substantial improvement with the lighter mask colour.

I think this sculpt would look miles better with a full repaint.

A full repaint is out of my skill set. I'm pretty sure i can repaint the eye mask to look lighter green, but that's about it.

Just got a shipping notice from Kit. Excited to get it in hand, mask and all.

The human eye can perceive the most variances in shades of green so, that will makes this a difficult colour match if you try to mix your own paint. Anything less than perfect will still stick out.

If anyone discovers the exact colour, I’ll buy a bottle and just airbrush it on.
I might rub off the existing colour first with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton bud depending on my degree of laziness on that given day.
