I got mine from Kit in just 3 days. Only downside is that the fat slob messenger tossed my package over the fence but luckily it landed on soft grass. I would have told him something but these days people are so unstable that I didn't want to run the risk of triggering him into possibly pulling a trigger on me.

Yeah the Preminger version of Freeze seems to be the most common for 66 merchandise of the character. I would guess that would be the one Mars makes.
