This was fun. I loved the "gang". :lol

Also, I called it:
I promised myself I wouldn't do any predictions after WV, but here I go.... LOL

I think one of her dates in the previous episode is with this lab (hence his question about Vibranium being able to pierce her skin) so I think this new needle is Vibranium. Probably laced with a gamma-emitting substance too.

This does look like a lead up to the Leader who is already confirmed to be coming up in CA4.

Josh is probably another plant. The lab is surveilling them while they were eating fries so I think he planted those cameras and is setting Jen up for an ambush. Who knows, maybe he is the "Hulk King". There is another Josh in the comics who was the leader of a conspiracy hate group (like the Intelligencia site).
:D

Who knows? Two weeks ago IMDb showed Charlie Cox appearing in 4 episodes (with only 4 to go). Now it says he'll be in 2, so with only 2 remaining.............................Is there a Season 2? :chase
I remember seeing Charlie say in an interview a few weeks back he was only in 1. That's why I was wondering about the 3 episode rumor that went about after that interview. :lol

S01E06 - "Just Jen"
S01E07 - "The Retreat"

So - I didn't post regarding E06, because although I liked it, it was my least fave of the series so far. There was still plenty to like: the jealousy from the bride-to-be, most of the court case, drunk Jen, the fight . . . like I said - still good, but the weakest so far.

However, E07 gives us a new winner in the 2022 "what a friggin' letdown!" awards . . . it had almost NO redeeming features.

The "Jen romancing" bit (and the aftermath with the cellphone checking) was funny, but it went steadily downhill. Things got taken too far with Blonsky, and from 10mins in, things got steadily worse and worse. Indeed, there were parts of this that were SO cringe that I was embarrassed for the actors, as the quality dialogue, characterisations, and humour that makes me love this so much was shut out completely.

Up until now, although I could (to a degree) understand the comparisons with "Ally McBeal" and "*** and the City" . . . I used to watch the former - NEVER watched the latter - but saw clips (* hey - I think Kim Cattrall is cute - sue me! *) . . . this most recent episode pushed the WORST similarities right into the spotlight.

Sooooooo - I checked the directors & writers for all episodes so far and came up with a suggestion . . . don't let Zeb Wells (writer of E07) or (to a MUCH lesser degree) Anu Valia (director of E05/6/7) anywhere near another episode (thank Lemmy that the final 2 episodes are different writers and are back to Kat Coiro directing!)

Really disappointed with E07 :gah: . . . so let's hope the last 2 episodes of this season get us back on track.
