To be fair, having a ****** costume fits right in with Shocker's character. His whole thing is that no matter how hard he tries, no matter how much power he gets, he'll always be pwned within seconds. My guess is that's his proto suit, but when Pete takes him down effortlessly, he goes to the Tinkerer for an upgrade. Then, we get a whole speech of how bad-ass he is, in his classic costume, only for him to be again pwned by Spidey. Shocker always gets put down by pretty much everyone.

Spidey vs Shocker is going to be awesome :lol

unless the shocker is given an upgrade after this scene he's a throw away villain, he'll be in one scene showing spider-man doing his thing. Hopefully he plays a bigger part with an upgraded suit but I doubt it.

So Michael Giacchino is the composer.
I dunno... Most of his flm scores are as bland as it gets.
Here's hope it's gonna be "John Carter" good and not "Star Trek" bad.

There's one tiny part of his Star Trek theme that I like and the rest I don't like or can't remember. Overall he wouldn't be my favourite composer but maybe he'll do a good Superhero theme, we'll find out I guess.

I like his music, especially Star Trek. I'd rate him as my third favorite ST composer after Horner and Goldsmith.

Probably the only Star Trek movie music I'd place below Giacchino's stuff is the score for Star Trek IV The Voyage Home by Leonard Rosenman.

Horner's scores really get me quite emotional, especially TWOK everything after Kirk returns to the Enterprise. But when he looks over at Spock's empty chair...forget about it. I'm gone.
