Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Holiday Special

Just finished watching this. Hate to join the downer train but I didn't laugh once, and I liked GOTG 1+2. Not a single joke landed for me.

Instead I basically just gritted my teeth through the entire thing. I don't like the overuse of the word "cringe," but this is it.

Another terrible thing to come out of phase 4.

I finally got around to watching this today. I actually enjoyed it. Of course as soon as I heard the opening notes of The Pogues’ Fairytale Of New York I was hooked lol. Heck, getting an extra 45 minutes with these characters is probably one of the best gifts we’ll get this holiday season.

GOTG was like fresh crusty bread with soft center straight out of the oven. This is like bread that’s been left out in the sun for six months.

I hate to think what sort of bread GOTG3 will be.
