i heard the buckle on the front is just held shut by a tiny amout of glue. if you carefully pop that open i would think you might be able to slide the vest off if you pull his arms way to the back. good luck.

I got it off allright, but the amount of glue wasn't anywhere near tiny. I had to use a lot of hot water and force. But thanks for the tip.
