Got Hordak and He-man. Finally. He-man actually looks better IRL than I thought, but Hordak isn't bad either. Now I have huge collection of 5 characters Well, you gotto start from somewhere and TF is still going to be the thing for me before other collectibles. But I really like this whole classics idea and they look nice.

Dont worry I only have a few guys myself. Mostly badguys. I got skeletor, hordak, King Hiss and a few snake men.

I guarantee the figures were getting are from old stock (Scott said there will be no 2012 figures given) and Mattel figured that instead of tooling something new,lets just write off some old stock and give them away...

I am not really complaining,but I wish you were able to choose the figures you want or need,because all we are really getting are figures we already have

I'll say it again, don't get too excited, most likely it'll be a charater that they mass produced thinking it was going to sell big but didn't. They're doing this give away to get rid of their overstock before they have to do inventory this year. It may be from "The New Adventures of He-Man, or from She-Ra, could even be the Mighty Spector, but it's not going to be a brand new un-released figure, it wouldn't save them money.

They never promised a new tooled item/figure... TG said they were exploring possibilities.

I already have an extra BG Teela with an Adora head on it, looks great. Hurricane Hordak would be a disappointment.

Hopefully the freebies are some good figures that they didn't want to put up for sale because they had so few left. I would love a Scareglow, Teela, Tri-Klops, or Whiplash.

It'd be cool if some of those were mixed in. Though I'm guessing the majority of us are getting Chief Carnivus, BG Teela, etc. I wouldn't mind another Hurrican Hordak to do a mix and match custom.

Castaspella 100% yes in '13 (probably will see her reveal in Feb at Toyfair)

Strongarm may now show up in the Filmation Sub add-on/additional figure sku's for '13 to get more figures out quicker..revealed at Toyfair
(predicting Strongarm,Batros,Seahawk,Shokoti,Icer and Scorpia)

Two-bad to lead off 2014's Sub...

Mantenna revealed at Toyfair '13 instead of Two-bad

Horde Troopers likely (revealed at toyfair) or the Skeleton warriors,but likely the Horde Troopers

Clamp Champ bumps out Rio Blast,which I believe he'll show up at SDCC with Two-bad and Glimmer to lead off 2014)

Still waiting for my shipping notice, but I did get the authorization and renewal email for December.

Personally I think a free figure is cool, even if it is something I already have. It shows they are trying to make up for the constant mistakes that have plagued the line the past couple of years. They could've just as easily said 'eff it!' and 'this is the Frosta you're getting, deal'. Personally the swapped arms didn't bother me at all, and they are easy to fix if they do.

As for Granamyr, I'm still undecided as to get him or not. At this point, I have every item released except for Hurricane Hordak and BP She-Ra, but I really don't care for the character. Its a pot-belly dragon that is just sitting there. Not really worth $80, IMO. I'd love a MOTUC dragon, but I just can't get excited for 'old Granny.

I love my Wind Raider, packed full of detailing and the flight stand is a great pack-in for aesthetically, probally the nicest toy vehicle made in modern day.

I only wish Mattel made the Wind Raider a two-seater instead of single like the vintage.

That's the hardest Staction to find... I've seen a few on Ebay go for $100 and up...

I didn't see anyone mention this show, but if it's in another topic or forum section lemme know and I"ll yank the post!

In Mid-October, Toy Tokyo's gallery had a show for the 30th anniversary, which I was able to attend the open of. They had some exclusive figures including the Temple of Darkness Sorceress + free prints!
