Yeah, I called them this morning, got a pretty good response. Still have to "request" the refund, though - I'll hear back in a day or so. I'll hold off on posting for now.
That's what I'm thinking will be plan B.

Oh, thanks. Well, like I said, the guy I spoke to this morning was super friendly and helpful (which is a bit surprising for DR...). I'll keep this in mind, though.

It's hard to say Mattel half-assed it given how little effort they put into their Filmation Hordak.
the head is now MILES ahead to making this a much better figure...I know you want more,but the head sculpt is dead-on...(is what Mattel should of gave us)

Well after 2 weeks of being on holiday I finally got off my arse and set up my MOTUC collection in my new house. Sad to admit but this has been the most enjoyable Saturday night I've had in a long time!
Put them in a spoiler tag since there is 7 and I didn't want to kill anyones mobile!

… and if teemu is simply repeating what is said on He-Man.org that in and of itself is a massive service to all. That place is a cesspool. Sorry to anyone that goes there but I avoid it at all costs.
That said, I really don't believe that's what he's doing. Just trying to make a point that even if he was there's no reason to point it out. It's not like it would be a bad thing to do by any means.

I am just glad I can leak info here as it's actually forbidden to post any kind inside info on He-man.org without getting banned or be given a fraction for it.Matty collector just recently banned me for leaking the rest of 2014 only 2 days before reveals.I don't think I deserved a banning for that (not even a lousy warning either)....I think folks here actually welcome info/news/leaks etc instead of playing corporate guessing games.We're paying customers,we deserve to know what were getting
