thanks, kuzeh! i have actually gotten pretty heavy back into finishing my vintage collection as well as finding 'mint' pieces for it.

and thanks, klocket. it actually is laying flat now. it had been left outside by the mailman in 90 degree heat but now that it's cooled it just went back to its normal shape.

I'm actually in that boat as well. I really don't get them.

I am on there sometimes, I don't go there too much though. The people there are kind of c_cks, some dudes are cool but for the most part they are pretty ridiculous and b!atchy. IMO of course.

I don't know if this was posted yet but it looks like some prints/original art from that He-Man art show (thanks Ill!) were put up online. Pretty awesome stuff, no Earl Norem but still great. I love the Luchadors myself. :rock

I like this a LOT!!!!

I really want one of those books. It looks like pre-orders on ebay are going for 100.00. I am tempted to buy one, I am thinking ebay prices might start to climb on it. But 100.00 bucks for 53 pages seems kinda steep. It it was a hardcover I would go for it. Decisions. decisions....

Here is a pic of the neca door I finally got. It is massive in person, and I am happy with the purchase even though it was pricey. A shot next to a PZ to show scale..

so is that door to scale with the figures? People keep doing smaller ones but in the 200x series king grayskull was much bigger then the normal characters and the bridge was still bigger then him. So if you measure that way the door seems about right to me.

I am really unsure, it depends on what cartoon or art of mutu you look at. If you watch 200x, the door in the cartoon is HUGE. Some of the old motu art depicts a very large door also.

Ok, I folded. Went ahead and bought a pre-order book from the bay. Hopefully the seller makes good on it. I figure if someone was to help me anyway, I would pay 50.00 for the book and another 25.00 for help plus shipping, so 99.99 does not seem so bad. My motu habit is getting expensive. :rotfl :duh

The hyper detail 2002 look is has been "retired". You won't see any hyper stylized figures in the Classics line.

great news but i thought we new this. guess mattel is sick of the questions from the kindergarten room :)

Well, you know most of the fans over at He-Man.org are obsessed with the 200x line. I liked the 200x, but I love the Original, there was a lot of heart in the Original that the 200x was missing (though 200x had some nice additions on the MOTU Universe).

Here's some pics of my collection to date:

I threw in the 200x Clawful and Stinkor stactions to add to some of the bad guys I'm looking forward to
