So far nothing really new as far as announcements go. I'm really liking the stands though and I think they'll be great for making dioramas and of course Batllecat is amazing. Anybody got their He-Ro yet? Pics!

I'm not really going to sweat it, eventually all these figures flood the market because so many folks buy them to resell. The only ones that have really retained much value are He-Man and Beastman and Skeletor. Even Faker, who was also originally a con exclusive, doesn't get much more more than $40 to $50. This guy will will make a few bucks right off the bat but he's still gotta make back every penny he spent (including getting into SDCC, etc.) to even begin to make a profit.

People are really, really, really upset about this. The dude admits to paying an extra $50.00 to the cashier, offers to sell them at his stall and then asks 'What Limit?' when questioned...

On a night when dealers were not allowed to buy from the stall...

I wouldn't want to be at the MOTUC panel at Q&A that's for sure.

This guy's name is Jesse. He works for toyrocket.com . I know who he is because he also has a booth at Frank & Son's collectibles show in the L.A. area. To be honest, he's kind of cool, but yes, he is a scalper.

So there you go. You buy from toyrocket.com and you are supporting this kind of crap. That's why I'm very selective when buying online.

Ultimately, this is Mattel's fault for not having better control over their sales.
