So, amidst all the chat about figures to go with the Anniversary, it doesn't seem like there's any real celebrating going on about it yet, granted it's only been a month into the year, but after seeing Sideshow's packaging and liking it's ability to showcase their figures, I've decided to utilize it to showcase what we've got so far. Here's my first entry:

Indeed, I've got something in the works relative to that Mikey, guess it's good I started these out at hi-res wallpaper settings :)

I am loving these MaulFan. I especially like the Bib one and, like EvilFace said, this new style is starting to really grow on me. :clap

Awesome Maulfan. I hope you plan to do all the SW 12" figures... as well as LOTR and T2.

Very simple, very classy, very cool.

I do plan to do the entire SW line, as for T2 and LOTR, I'll do those too, just come up with a more relevant background for them.

I wonder does SSC ever thought of hiring MaulFan...

Not likely, though it'd be great to work for them, but since they already are doing what I am for the new figures, they're covered for having someone to do their photography and designs.

Bi3 Fortuna?

hehe just messin. Looks great, maul fan! I'd just be careful of their names being blocked.

MaulFan does great work, and nothing against him, but I still like Sideshows original box design and graphics before the retarded chimps that are the executives at Lucasfilm forced everyone to change their box designs to match for the 30th anniversary.

I agree with you Booyah. I still prefer the old box design, and while these are certainly classy, they just aren't as dynamic and unique as the old way. There was something shocking about how beautiful the boxes used to be. Now they're just......pretty. Snazzy, yes, sharp, yes--but just not as bright as they were.

Oh well, no use complaining. It's what's inside that counts, kids!
