One of the great things about having a gamer friend that is filthy rich.. He preordered the collector edition, finished the game, played with the figure a bit (posed it and took a few pics), got bored, and sold it to me for half the pre-order price.

I do wish this had been the released version and not the armour style. The armour looks absolutely stunning and a work of art, but not something I'd personally want to display. I prefer the base version of most characters. At least my wallet is safe!

Yes, me too! Visually the great sage armor looks badass, but there's something uniquely different in this look, that brings out his character in cultural ways, and more monk-ish.. or, perhaps, monk-ey-ish?
Yeap, if my friend didn't sell this to me for $200, I wouldn't purchase it either with the aftermarket price now!
