I've been trying to attach the head to a hot toys tm body does it fit mine seems like it's loose and falls off

Yeah the neck well is pretty wide. I got saran wrap wrapped around the neck peg to give it friction, works fine.

Here is my max Payne angry gringo custom though I can't take credit for any of it really as IDM made all the clothing and Johnny Cheungkinmen painted the head
Though I did add more sourness to the cuts I hope you don't mind buddy , just need to add another hand with a desert eagle when it bothers to arrive.
And I made the boots too , I did paint them tan but they stood out like a sore thumb so I made them dirty brown.

Also he is on an ACI Christian Caucasian body as it matches Johnny's paint perfectly and looks good.
