didn't the movie flop? how random.
I guess if someone really wants a Seth Cohen figure?

The botched canopy on the Batmobile is too egregious for me to excuse. It looks like a character from Pixar's "Cars".
uggh that freaking canopy.....
Ramen Toys made a set to fix the Mcfarlane Canopy, added machine guns and gas caps. $20 + shipping

I wasn't going to apply the gas caps either but I gotta admit, it looks great in Otomofan and Jason Markos photos, I just like the more sleek looking lines without them. I didn't have a hard time reaching any screws, I just had the right length/size screwdriver I guess.I also got my Ramen Toys CAG set, what a an upgrade. For $19, they knocked it out of the park. I can’t get over how nicely made the canopy and machine guns are. The way the guns lock in with friction naturally into the top ports of the McFarlane Batmobile is great engineering. To the average person, it looks seamless like it belonged to the original Batmobile all along.
What a difference the new canopy makes. It went from looking like a weird, stylized CARS cartoon to a sleek, intimidating model by just a simple swap. Amazing. The paint job on all the parts is immaculate and they got that satin matte finish to perfectly match up. Love the smokey tinted windshield too. They did a great job. The McFarlane Batmobile went from meh to displayable, I love it.
Two things. Not adding on the gas caps. They look way too thick and chunky and I don’t want that 3M adhesive on my Batmobile. Am I the only one that had trouble getting those two deep screws out of the bottom? Holy ****. For whatever reason, those two deep screws just wouldn’t come out of the port. Had to pry up the back side and work awkwardly in the cockpit/back seat to get the upgrade canopy in. What a pain in the ass.
The McFarlane '89 Batmobile is accurately scaled. I've seen the real one and later a replica up close and at 13 yo, the front fenders came up to my waist, on the Mcfarlane figures the front fenders come up to around the crotch like you see in photos of the real one with Keaton standing next to it. The '89 isn't nearly as big as some think it is.They are really showing how underscaled their 89 Batmobile is there. Wish they had shown it as much love and effort as the Tumbler
That's why I'm keeping my Modoking Tumbler/Batpod Model kit preorder.Tumbler looks bad. Look at that middle part between the wheels, so narrow. Then the way it hinges at the top to open, Just as weird and ugly as the ‘89 canopy.
Cool that they’re making it though. Glad Begins Batman isn’t exclusive to it like ‘89 was. Rumor is the Batman Forever Batmobile is next along with Alfred.
Yes, I've heard this too. And actually, it's rumored to be two versions of the Forever Batmobile. One with Alfred, and also a 'glow in the dark' version.Rumor is the Batman Forever Batmobile is next along with Alfred.
