WIP Darth Vader Animated
Finished a test fitting for my Animated Vader. Clone Wars "Season 7" depicted his look fairly straight. I really liked the look of him in Rebels and wanted to make a Clone Wars/Rebels mash-up along with my own choices to make the figure more angular and fit in with the animated line. Everything just needs to be tweaked, painted and detailed: which will be aways off, so I thought I would post Vader's current state.
Here's the recipe so far...

Here's the recipe so far...
- Rebels Electronic Vader left hand and helmet: very bottom of helmet connecter cut off, leaving the neck area hollow, and fitting over a thin neck joint.
- HT The Batman body: pads removed.
- HT General Kenobi chest armor w/HT ANH Vader shoulder bells.
- HT ANH Vader chest box.
- Disney Elite Vader suit, cod piece, gauntlets and right gripping hand.
- Medicom RAH Tunic (modified for length), belt, boot armor and lightsaber.
- Sideshow Vader cape: attached with magnets.
- Sideshow Kenobi Animated boot bottoms.
That already looks incredible. Looking forward to more progress on this!
