Medi Boba headsculpt full repaint WIP

Cant update with pics since I moved this week, but added the killstripes in the correct color this rime (yellow) and touched up his shoes, repainted the front with spikes yellow and the soles a more beige/brown, looks ace! waiting for a Fett helmet I ordered because I thought I could take the range finder earpiece apart and broke it LOL. luckily I found a replacement thanka to a fellow freak! So hes ALL finished except the earpieces

Are you going to repaint the armor too, of just the head? (And feet)

repainted the shoulders/knees and groin armor, IF i can get ahold of a good 1/6 decal of his chest logo I will redo the chest armor too Why do you ask?

Might do the gauntlets too but I dont know the correct color for them, will leave the jetpack as is though

I ask only because the work you did on the helmet was outstanding, and not doing the armor may have it look a little less than the head.

All done apart from the earpieces, still waiting for the replacements.. Everything is pretty much screen accurate and color accurate Except for the open bag on his leg lol.. ____in velcro, think Ill glue the bags closed ><

Looks great.

Its not that velcro is bad at all, its just the cheap crappy thick velcro these companies sew onto everything leaving ugly unnecessary stitching every where. They need to start using the heat activated super thin velcro I used on things like the scout pouches.

But sewing it shut sounds like a good idea, what are you gonna stick in that pocket anyway.

Not to be a total stickler..but I do see you are going for Movie accurate...and well..his left shoulder bell should be yellow and his right is orange.

Looks good though...the only other thing is the jumpsuit...but medicom made thiers wrong and there is not much you can do unless you are good at dying clothes...his is grey there, but the ESB jumpsuit has a blueish tint to it..more blue than grey.

i really like where this is headed. i always liked the look of the blueish jumpsuit. think once you figure out the right color mix it's gona look great.
