one has pouches and containers, the other one doest... one of them has magnets too, not sure which one.

both on mine that came with the DX02 have magnets.

ah thanks for the correction! i wouldn't know as I dont own the DX.

Do you have one on your medi ven?

Nope, aside from the inaccurate color, the sculpt is more accurate than the clunky DX ver.

A little late to the party but my Medi Bats arrives today

After reading through the threads for a few months I liked this one better than HT's overall

funny though isnt it. This one has a better likeness, and dare I say it, overall suit + neck. Yet the DX thread has already hit 1500+ pages, while this one only 1/10 of it

I'm contemplating on getting this, but with my luck, I'm just worried that the moment I buy this, the announcement from HT Batman DX 2.0 is out

Well that's what HT hysteria will do for a thread.

But like you said overall I like the Medi for the reasons you describe. Plus, I don't have to worry about leaking issues which is a monstrous negative to the HT product. I don't believe HT has taken enough time to figure out why that is happening, so if they do release a 2.0 anytime soon I expect that to leak as well.

Fair enough.

I have the DX. I love it, but no, I wouldn't advise paying the silly aftermarket prices for it. Especially considering the practically unavoidable leaking suit problems and the certainty that HT will revisit the figure for TDKR next year.

That's why Im waiting for the TDKR stuff to come out. But the thing is Im selling my Medi to fund it, now the question is will my Medi keep its value after the HT TDKR stuff is announced? What do you guys think?

imo, the value of this medi TDK is gonna to drop when HT released news of TDKR. bt, there will always be collectors or new collectors looking for this piece, just tat the demand will decrease by alot over time.
not to forget the new TDKR figures will look and feel better than this medicom version for sure. so there is no way collectors gonna pay premium over something tat looked inferior to the current technology of toys

That's a tuff one man. The medi is going for 300-500 on ebay right now, not just 2 months ago I got mine for 200ish. So the value for it right now is pretty high. I don't know what the future will hold though.
