Found an awesome site of a fan artist! Spot on like Otomos style!
It's a bit yaoifan based, but it's so damn perfect, hehe

That guy is really good...a very accurate imitation of Otomo's AKIRA artwork. But the faces and expressions just look a little too cartoony for me. One of the many strengths of Otomo's stuff is its realism. His characters never had goofy manga eyes and faces. I get that this guy was putting his own mark on the characters, but I'd be more impressed with realistic/action stuff and not the cutesy yaoi style.

I've got the Kaneda in the chair...I passed on Tetsuo though cause I didn't like the white hair manga look...it wasn't one of my favorites so I just never bought it.

A while back I tried taking a pic of Kaneda and Sailor Moon that would rival some of the awesome "Hentai Woody" pics I've seen over the years.

dry brush touch up on shadow areas will make it great.

Got a package delivered a week or so ago, I was like, but I didn't order anything, delivery guys says, it's leather jacket, I was like, ooooh and I opened it, was in total shock, a good friend of mine got me Kanedas jacket! I was so over the moon!
He also got me an Akira douga for Christmas.
Also got a book from a friend in California
I have some amazing friends ^^
