Maybe they went for something unusual with the head design and allow you to swap out eyes and faces while still maintaining a single base head.

It does look as though they may have a pers type system. Perhaps a DX Sparrow type head sculpt with anime PERS system to avoid patents.

Honestly, the outfit works fine for OOT, all you need it a slightly more realistic paint job!

I fully expect this to be stock Medicom figure size. That is the norm, even if it doesn't make a lot of sense for the purpose of scale.

If they don't bother making Vader tall, don't think they'll bother with making Link slightly shorter either.
