Ok, random post of the day. All companies do the ESB/ROTJ version of Tie Pilots...any one here know that the ANH version had a slightly different look (and extra hose)?

I do not remember a grey stripe down the side of his helmet with the white looking decal on the top/middle. As a huge fan of Tie Pilots, figured I would share this random post...I thought it was cool!

So was there actually differences between the pilots (as shown by that gray stripe)? I somehow seem to vaguely remember that now that I see it.

Well if I accidentally stumble across a mountain or money whilst out strolling with the dog then it would be the first figure I bought, and a TT Slim to pop it on. I love Tie Pilots.

Not at that price. That's what I paid for Sideshow's Han in Carbonite. I'll wait for the eventual clearance. And if a clearance doesn't occur, I'll wait for sideshow's version.

After the photos, and after realizing that I have a couple of slim TTs lying around, I almost caved. Then I read this, and decided to adhere to my original, wiser plan.

A really cool figure, too bad Medicom didn't give him any kind of accessories. Glad I have an extra Sideshow E-11 blaster for him...

He does, the figure is quite cool, I added an E-11 blaster and that is it for now. All my Medicom figures will have their own shelf.

I haven't seen ANH in awhile, but I always remember thinking TIE Fighter pilots had on big helmets when they were walking with Vader in the corridor

I could understand that. The figure/body in general is what I meant.
The waist is really throwing off the figure too me. Way too small. Makes the body look off. Maybe an easy fix.
