That's what I thought when the first Spdey hit. I was like "Why does Goblin look like a Power Ranger?"

None the less these are awesome, I want them and I never even watched the shows! That says something, when I'm sold just on image, maybe it says "Medicom, great work" or maybe "PBK, You're a sell out and will buy anything." A little from column A a little from column B.

I'm with KG. I bought the First: 1 and 2 - and the Hibiki figure, but I love the vintage Kamens better.

Can't wait to get The First: #2. Should be sometime in DEC for those who pre-ordered, right KG?

Well, I am glad to hear some positive feedbacks on those figure. I know some of you don't like the characters, but we really can't deny Medicom did a great job.

BTW, if you guys like that "red guy", this "purple guy" is even more amazing because of the special materials used.

I have no intrest whatsoever in Kamen Rider.

I've tried to watch it, a friend of mine is a huge fan, but to be honest I think it's pure garbage.

Those Medicom figures though are AWESOME!!!!

The detail on the figures are top notch.

I've been going over the pics again, and I'm just blown away by these figures! The materials, sculpting, everything is leagues beyond anything I've seen in 1/6 scale!
These guys look better than PFs.
Thank god I'm not into japanese heroes, or I'd be a very broke man...

Those are prototype, but you can expect the final product will be very very close. Below is Hibiki displayed in a con in Japan early this year.

Purple Hibiki is the regular release, but red Hibiki is the mail-away exclusive.

Medicom never really tell how many of their Kamen are made, but they are relatively limited.

Awesome! I used the mail-in coupon from the #1 figure to get the #2. I ordered it through my friend in Japan also.

And I pre-ordered the Hibiki figure from a friend in Singapore. But I don't think he's due til March 07.

Okay for the guys that are interested but aint too familiar with the masked rider series.
The purple guy is called Masked(Kamen) Rider Hibiki, the red one is the "powered up" version and it's a mailaway exclusive.

The first pics are called Masked Rider "The First". A remake of the original 70s first 2 masked riders( Ichigo and Nigo).

Bewarned that Hibiki(purple id goddam expensive. The red one will be even rarer due to the mailaway status.
