In general, do you guys like or dislike the idea of essentially re-releasing the exact same figures years later? I'm extremely happy about the Naked Snake and Kaneda figures, but if I had them already, I'm not so sure that I would be.

For something like Kendada I think its okay as the original is very dated by this time. Comparing this one to the old is like apples and oranges.

Snake maybe not as much... as it doesn't look too different to me, but I have to admit I'm not as familiar with the MSG figures.

Oh, I figured Kaneda was pretty similar. The MGS figures appear pretty much the same, though they might be modified a bit. I think it would be a little more palatable for everyone if they acted more like Hot Toys and re-released figures with notable changes or improvements of some kind.

Snake figure I am more bothered by as it is IDENTICAL by the looks of it. Kaneda I don't mind, as it looks SO much better than the orginal. Check the comparison here:

Yeah, the new one is a definite improvement.
