I know pics can be deceptive. Those are the best pics I have seen. To me it looks aweful. The trunk of the body and the chest look wrong. The knees are either too thin or the upper thigh muscles too big. His upper forearm looks lumpy. His cape looks leathery. The price is ridiculous.

In hand, in your display it may be alright. I have these niggling criticisms with the DC Superman, which I think is overpriced to the Shmidt house too. It is Sideshow fault for having spoilt me. I have become a 12 inch nazi. No more supes for me.

The boots are accurate to the movie costume.

I think it looks great actually, although the pose does accentuate the chest vs. abdomen size.

This thing just makes me sad, becasue I think it's probably a good rendition of the actor -- whatsis name again? -- and I think I'm gonna have a tough time buying him in the film.

Uh, no - there are those of us who can point out Sideshow's mistakes. Of course, you should be a little more picky if you're paying close to $200 for a 12" figure.

The body is wonky enough as it is, but Medicom's excuse on sculpting - "oh, it's our interpretation" just doesn't fly with me. The sculpt is soft and doll like, not realistic, and the proportions on the body make the issues with Luke's arms look minor. Ugh.

$50? Sure. He's not looking too bad at that price point. Three times that much? You got to be kidding me.
