$20 is too little for Nendoriods honestly, the accessories (For the most part), sculpt/paint, uniqueness and overall package doesn't warrant that. Good Smile would lose just so much. $35 or so is ok but anything more is pushing it. There's also import fees,

And due to having asthma, general breathing and health issues, I'm personally against smoking, it's caused me so many problems just walking around people doing it. It does look badass...but nothing more. Solidus, don't. we can't lose you :panic:

I'm coming up on a year quitting cigs. Stopped Feb 10th last year. It was kinda hard because I quit cold turkey. One pack a day to zero. But damn, it feels so good. And I have so much extra money for food and toys. Hahah. And I started since I was 15, up til 23. 9 years is long enough lol.

Lol, that's awesome man. What kind of health improvements did you notice, after you quit? It's always awesome having extra money for collectibles.

I'm already priced out of cigarettes, anyways. It costs $15 a pack in NYC - so expensive, I see people picking up used cigs from the sidewalk and putting it in their pockets. It's not the right time to get a nicotine addiction, that's for sure.

i like the pixelated head on the pak figuure! it looks cool, hahaha. cant wait to get my nendroid snake.

I hope Good Smile does an entire MGS line :drool. I'd buy them all.

Nendoriod Meryl and Otacon please! And Emma. Hell, I will take a freaking Nendoriod Campbell.

I think Meryl would be very cute. Also I would be down with a MGRR Raiden too. He's been in almost all toy incarnation. Nendos would complete it.

I would live the MGS2 cast in all forms. Their character designs are all well though out and striking. Works extremely well for figures IMO. Ocelot, Olga, Raiden and Snake please

Cant wait to get mines its down my parents house was that the special sleeve that was a few pages back?

Given the unique sculpts and paint I don't really mind the prices on the Nendos, especially when Good Smile can be so accommodating with their customer service. Received a Snake with defective paint? Email them about it and they'll deliver your replacement parts free of charge.

I'm thinking of taking bets on how far down the board the Hot Toys VGM Raiden thread will get before we actually hear any news on the figure...

According to Kojima, there will be 1/2 versions of the 3A Metal Gears. Interesting.

Neat! Are those pics of the 1/2 versions? I wonder if they'll be half the price...

It would be cool if there were some other mechs, aside from just the regular REX and RAY. Desperado RAY, Shagohod, and even a Gekko would be pretty awesome.

I wonder if you can twist the head on the half-scale REX figure - that first picture looks interesting. It's hilarious, the head on ThreeA REX can't turn side-to-side. And articulation is pretty non-existent on RAY :lol.

I doubt there will be improved articulation, from those pics you clearly tell the scale is smaller but probably using the same mold. After all the crap I've heard about 3A, I'll be more than happy if this 1/2 scale will also be 1/2 priced.

I'm not sure, the head actually looks like it's tilted to the left in that first picture.

Knowing ThreeA, I think the prices are going to suck.

I can tell already that REX's head is turned. This might be pretty neat. I wonder if they'll include pilots.

It definitely depends on the price. If it's a $150 to $200, I'd get them. I also have the Koto kits. You really can't have too many Metal Gears :drool.
