I never actually bothered picking up Figma Solid Snake after seeing the pricetag and in-hand pics of the face. Should I reconsider?
I didn't get it, and so far not a hint of regret

Sadly now the price has skyrocketed, but it's not a bad idea.I never actually bothered picking up Figma Solid Snake after seeing the pricetag and in-hand pics of the face. Should I reconsider?
Nahh, that's just pleb talkI didn't get it, and so far not a hint of regret
If they released an MGS2 Snake that actually looked like MGS2 Snake instead of the Smash bros version I would totally get it, regardless of it being one of my least favorite designs of the franchise, sadly Figma messed up too much imo.
Medicos needs to cover this franchise
^ all of this. I used to be a huge 3A fanboy. I have lots of figures from the old days, but I wouldn't trust them with a licence nowadays.
And yeah, the revolmini was the way to go, but, are there any official announcements from revoltech cancelling the line? As far as I know Revoltech and Vulcanlog are separate entities with 2 separate scales, they could still release revolminies.
If Revol continues I might even buy BB and the soviet soldier to support them. I want a full MGS1 lineup.
And vulcanlog probably won't go deep into the franchise to make an actual line...

Sounds tooo damn good to ever come true.Fixed that for you. Imagine them doing figures modelled exactly after Yoji Shinkawa's artwork and colouring style. Plus if their JJBA line is anything to go by they might actually produce a decent amount of characters.
Solid looks like he's straight out of the MGS1 Codec screen.

My dream lines are a Shinkawa-esque line.
And an MGS1 line done with the PS1 low-poly models.
Tell me about it.
That's a pretty good idea and Revols are perfect for it, being modular and all, so yeah, if you have the paint skills go for it.It's a damn good little figure, that Solid Snake.
My Cyborg Ninja's got a couple of slight paint QC issues, I've been considering buying a second one to frankenstein one good figure out of the parts, then take the reject components and repaint them into the red/blue version you got on the tuxedo playthrough. Good idea Y/N?
Where's the damned HT TPP Big Boss already. They're really dropping the ball lately.
I'm going to keep it as just Gray Fox and Solid for Revomini. The more I see it the less the MGSV look for Naked works for me so I'm passing on the rest.
I just wanted to take this out of my chest with some fellow freaks over here, and that is that I'm at episode 31. And so far I'm not pleased with the game. At all. And I'm not happy. Maybe Konami did a good job firing Kojima. </3
