Good idea Ryan. Do you have a picture of what BBs night vision goggles actually look like? I want to order some too. There are a couple of different kinds on eBay. Not sure if I'm going to go with the three dollar ones or the 40 dollar ones.

I'll post some if I find any. Here's the sceencap though. The one used by Solid Snake in that trailer is different than Big Boss's, it looks like the one worn by Sam Fisher. Plus anybody knows what rifle that is?

By adding these one might say we have effectively converted BB into Solid Snake.

There isnt an fn f2000, the directors chair is $40, and the closest nvgs are the $5 ones. I bought the nvgs

Arghh! You're right! Darn, and here I was thinking that'll be a cool tweak. Oh well, I'll hold out until the FN F2000 is sold somewhere. If HT can make figures of a character from a 3 second appearance, then this is just as worthy.

Hey guys...I was thinking of an option for an "official" MGS2 Solid Snake figure. Member IDM here makes full-on figure customs, sculpt, uniform, weapons/accessories.

I believe he also uses 3D rendering for designing his sculpts, could be mistaken.

It'll be costly, probably around 400-600$, but he'd probably be the guy to commission a Solid Snake figure from.

Just an idea.

Yeah, I would only accept a 3D render too. Nothing less. I'll most certainly insist on providing the shots.

Yeah he does pretty good work, I'm impressed with how the Uncharted set came out.

If you guys are interested, I'd say now is the time to approach him before he gets bogged down with requests and stuff.

It would be pretty badass to get a "DX" type figure with two sculpts: 3D in-game render and Shinkawa artwork inspired.

And that's fine by me, I don't have any money for 1/6 at the moment. I'd love to get his Red Dead figure, but something like that I prefer to make on my own. MGS2 Solid on the other hand, I'm just sick of trying to figure out the damn suit LOL!!
