Kiva! That is the Solid Snake figure I have been WAITING for Hot Toys to make! Awesome custom you have there.

I'd try to get a darker suit if possible. Looks a little too bright in the photos but his suit was a light gray/blue in Sons of Liberty 2.

I wish you luck. I also hope yours doesn't have a birth mark. Mine does.. on the side of his left cheek, and no amount of thinner will remove it. lol.. It's really weird. I will repaint it or have someone repaint it eventually..

Mine arrived last week, he's fine! Hopefully the burnt ones are in the minority.

Maybe they'll try to pass them off as rare "post Hind-D crash" variants?! Before he had time to get makeup on to continue posing as Master?!!

Not sure if i should get liquid. I really domt like the head sculpt, although it does become a different figure with a repaint. Its just too expensive for me to get on a whim.

Totally. Hes all Roided out in the Play Arts version, which is my only complaint (other than the ugly face). He should have been more like the PlayArts Grey Fox.

Lets hope the face is better than the Revo BigBoss.

So i dont know if this is in the right thread or not. Im gonna post it in the games thread as well. I waited on the legacy collection and now that mgsV is coming out i wanted to pick it up, but i cant find it anywhere in stock new. Does anyone have any leads or have an extra copy they might wanna sell? Please just let me know if you can help me out.

Yeah. That was the first place i checked, but around $100 was not really what i wanted to spend so i was just curious if anyone had any other leads that were more in line with retail price.

I'm Surprised no normal retail stores have it, we got em at plenty places in the UK.
I suppose you could order a UK version but the only snag is the MGS1 code wouldn't work.

Well have if you decide you wanna part with it and wanna hook up a real fan please let me know. I had the ps2 copies but i had to upgrade my ps3 so now i dont have ps2 backwards compatibility.

I found some guy who made a custom face for his Revoltech BigBoss, which totally look like MGS1 Snake. Kayodo should take heed!
