I think it looks great! I'm hoping it will drop in price quick. If not, I might have to get it. I hope he uses this suit for a good while in MGS5 or come out with another Snake quick this year. I'm debating on Raiden, but his hair looks pretty funky. I don't like the changes their making. He looked fine in MGS2, and the only Raiden I would want. I wish I would have known about this line when the Peace Walker figures were cheaper, although if they aren't in scale with the rest, it's a good thing. I love that speech at the end of Peace Walker.

Oh this is a variant? I don't want that. I'm not buying anything above retail price. I don't know how fast the figures in this line, but I won't be buying much of these at these prices. I'm thinking about getting Skullface, since he seems like he's going to be at least my third favorite villain. I'm putting a lot of faith in Kojima. Liquid is too much for me, but they'reprobably going to make Ocelot. I will buy any version except MGS4. I liked him, but I only want to get my favorite version of him.

Thanks Zombie! I think I might go for him and Solidus, to tide me over, so I have a good display, and won't be tempted with this Ground Zeroes figure, and hold out for Phantom Pain and Naked Snake versions on Big Boss. Although, I'd love to have every version of him, since Big Boss might be my favorite fictional character. But that's not happening! Do you guys know when the Revoltech Ground Zeroes Big Boss is coming out? In the pics I saw, the face looked better than the Peace Walker one. I really wanted it, but I think I'm going to regret it with that face.

I don't know why it came out so bad, the beards on the original BB PAK figures are bad but this one is the bottom of the barrel.

There were hints in some latest magazine scans.

No hints.It was just pictures of a red Variant of Raiden and all we see in the corner of that page is an in-game pic of GZ Big Boss.We have no idea what they were saying,because people posting these scans never bother to translate what they say.
It might just say that Raiden is a playable character in the XB ONE version of GZ.

Im hoping for a GZ/TPP Big Boss myself,but i can talk from experience that this means nothing and no one should expect anything unless someone can translate those DAMN PAGES!!!

First official one yes. The Hot Toys figure kinda makes this obsolete.

Yes, it kind of does. But at least with the statue you don't have to worry about ripping suit etc. I have a feeling that at least the sneaking suit of BB is rather fragile. I haven't tried any prolonged poses that would stress the sleeves or the "armpit" seams. Same with legs
