That paintwork is stunning! Well done! I don't know what to do if I got the Koto Ray, since I don't dig the Ninja Turtle-Technodrome-fighting Ray color scheme in MGS4 and I can't use the MARINES scheme since it lacks the tail and knees. I'd probably paint it up as the Arsenal version.

Building and painting RAY was so much fun now I feel ready to start REX.
It's a much more complex kit to build and it will be a real pain in the @ss to paint the camo scheme.

As the likely hood of me purchasing the 3A REX and RAY are getting slimmer and slimmer, the Koto model kits look more and more promising

If you are into assembling and painting, it's definitely a cost effective and space friendly route to go.

I'm not painter but i enjoy the assembling side

I can probably prime and base coat it but i got a friend who will paint them for me for a fee so i may may go that direction!

3A is the preferred choice but i don't think i can get the money together for both

If we see a MGS2 Snake it'll be an exclusive i reckon, so they can extort even more money from you

They've slacked off a lot with new releases, it might be a long wait for nothing

We will most likely see MGS4 Snake and Raiden before MGS2 Snake

They made Meryl (and 2 Ninjas) so I'm certain they'll make MGS2 Snake. It's just a matter of time (which is undoubtedly taking too long)
I don't mind getting Old Snake first though.
