Got my liquid snake 100% prepped for the head, outfit, and tattoo. I just painted his gloves and painted the details on his boots. (Laces and hole rings)

I wasnt happy with the size of the genome soldiers head so i used milliput to make it bigger, just waiting for it to fully cure before i can test fit the balaclava. The metal boss head was fine and it goes good with the free body i had lying around i figured id go the cheap route and fix it this way instead of buying a new head and using one of my new ttm-19s.

I installed the balaclava over his head and it JUST fit. Heres the genome soldier now, his head looks perfect.

Well. Like an *****, I ruined my Snake head. That sticky tac I bought ****ing cemented itself to the back of his head since I used a little too much. I've never used the stuff before, ever and didn't realized I only needed a small amount.

It only got THIS worse after me trying to get it off. I feel like having an anxiety attack.

Not sure though. I was scraping it with the end of tweezers and I'm so OCD that I fear I changed the shape of the head. Maybe it can be salvaged, I honestly don't know.

It was literally a pin head sized amount of this stuff I was trying to get off and it wouldn't come off.

man, i wish you just did what i told you to do with the bandanna or just waited. thats horrible.

Tell me about it. I'm so bad with using super glue that I didn't want to do it, and I wanted to maybe have the option of changing the position of the bandana instead of gluing it. Now, I'd take that back in a heartbeat.

I let Matt know about it. I just got to wait and see what the options are.

Thank god the suit is fine, at least.

Yeah, there's just light residue on the spot that goes inside his head. You don't even see it. Good news is, Matt said I can get another one... so that's a massive load off my mind. When I get the new one. It's getting the bandana glued into it, and I'm never touching it again.

Looks good man, i have one of these in the works just haven't got around to doing it. I have a different clothing set than that one you have though.

Still need to finish my MGS4 old snake, keep changing the suit as it not fitted enough and don't like how the head sits on a body, thinking i'm going to get the head sculpted onto the neck and add some aging to the skin around the area.

The one i have has pockets on the front that need taking off, it's a different material i think as well, there's nothing accurate out there you can pick up off the shelves anyway.

Great idea using the head sculpt though. I may try my hand at sculpting the balaclava over the head, i have a metalboss head sat in my parts box that's doing nothing with its life. Thanks for the idea!

It's cheaper for me (exchange rate) only cost me £41 shipped

Haven't got around to doing anything with it yet though, put that and scarred old snake on the back burner for now. Got a Medicom Old Snake coming for Xmas i'm going to mod the suit on and maybe get a new head sculpt made based off the in game model sometime next year if the interest is there
