It is close enough.

Yeah Ive seen that pic before. But they need to tone it down a bit, just like what HT did with ETD Bruce Lee.

I'm actually kind of glad you changed your Tyson sig. Because EVERY post of yours I saw, I had to read the entire sig. Every time.

Just mesmerizing.

I was pretty proud of that motif. You had the contrast of this super violent athlete holding delicate pigeons in a loving way... the quote and "Fade into Bolivian" also made me LOL. I honestly thought I'd get a lot of laughs because of it but it ended up it being a disappointment in that regard... :(

I agree with someone who said it's a bit sketchy putting a deposit down with these guys. Are they planning to release this to stores or do you have to buy from them directly? Anybody know?

Boo to those people. That signature was epic.

But, like I said, I'm glad to get the ~8-10 minutes or so per day that I spent re-reading his wisdom at the end of every post.

:lol:lol:lol Well, I'm glad you liked it Coke! :rock

In his words, It was hilaritanious.

Not figure related but, I always find it odd that I consider Tyson to be such an interesting and, yes, sympathetic subject. Sure, some of his flaws might have reasons that aren't his fault, but as a whole he is a pretty detestable person. And yet, I still feel for the guy for some reason.

His documentary was interesting as hell, too.

Well, I think it goes without saying that he's been taken advantage of through most of his life. Sure, he's done some despicable things but if you look at where he's come from, the meteoric rise to superstardom and massive wealth at such a young age, he's really the product of his environment... And if you count out Cus D'Amato it would seem like everyone that's been a part of his life have really never had Mike's best interests in mind.

I guess it depends how much weight you put on upbringing / environment. But yeah, almost everyone in his life either screwed him up or took advantage of him.

It was crazy to see him get so emotional when he'd talk about Cus.

Yeah, I'm in no way blaming all of his actions on his upbringing. Perhaps a bit, but at some point a rational adult has to start taking responsibility for his or her own actions.

I'd say he was one of the most polarizing sports personalities of my lifetime (35 years)... He was great and tragic at the same time.
