MINDstyle - What Happened to them?

Remember MINDstyle? They had a line of Stitch vinyls, such as..

They also had an awesome comic-con exclusive VINCENT from the Black Hole in 2009:

And announced a very cool Chernabog in 2009 at D23:

Anyway, I had pre-ordered this at D23 back at 2009 and after about a year without hearing anything, I contacted them and requested a refund. They said they were in the process of working with Sideshow and Chernabog would be offered then. It went up on SSC and then nothing came about. Even their website hasn't been updated since 2011.

Did they go out of business? Are they still around? What happened?

I remember seeing some cool Dark Crystal figures prototyped from them at SDCC. That was probably back in 2008 or 2009 time frame. I don't think those figures ever became widely available, if at all. The next year I had a very hard time finding their booth, and it almost seems like they were crossing over into primarily vinyl toys, and I don't recall seeing them last year or the year before.

Once upon a time, they solicited pre-orders for 36th Chamber of Shaolin figures. Never happened.
