Sideshow - I had to return a defective product, purchased on flex, using 3 cards over a time period of a year or so.
A month later - Still missing parts of this refund, and can't get anyone to answer the phone.
Also, the live chat person does not understand my problem, and keeps sending me details about the portion that WAS refunded, not the the ones missing!
Why there is no one answering your phone?????????
