My latest acquisition: The Rhino Comiquette

#284 arrived today and I can't believe how well this guy turned out. Love the coloring and all the texturing in his suit. Both heads look awesome. Sideshow has been on a roll lately with Hawkeye, Hulk Maquette (Legacy) and now Rhino. Fantastic piece for any Spidey fan! Great job Sideshow! :clap

My latest acquisition is the Poison Ivy PF EX from Sideshow. I received #167/1500 yesterday. She is an absolutely fantastic representation of the character. Sideshow is really on their game again, especially with the DC line. The sculpt is amazing and exudes pure sexiness. Mark Newman really hit a homerun with the sculpt - face and body. The detailing in her costume with the leaves, her hair, the vines, her boots...all of it is awesome. The paint job is really well done too. I do have some "bleeding" of her red hair on the leaves in her hair, but it doesn't bother me as it still looks fantastic. Really happy with this one. Here are some pics of mine...

I am proud to show you guys the grail of my collection. This is a custom 1/4 scale Magneto statue that was commissioned by Madxcollector over at SF and digitally sculpted by Khurram Alavi. This is the only custom statue that I have in my collection and I am extremely happy with the quality and look of it. Magneto has always been my favorite villain/hero in the Marvel universe and this piece is what I think of when I envision Magneto. It is #24/50 and while it is more expensive than something you would get from Sideshow, it is worth every penny to me because it is made to very high quality standards. The sculpt is awesome. The details in Wolverine's skeleton are insane. Magneto's billowing cape is awe inducing. The floating effect is cool. I just kept saying wow to myself as I was putting it together. Very happy that I know have an awesome 1/4 scale version of Magneto. Here are some pics...

Here are some more pictures of my Hawkeye PF that I received yesterday. It has been 4-5 months since I last received a new statue from Sideshow. I am glad the wait was worth it as this piece is one of my favorites. Here are some more shots of him. Enjoy.]

When it rains, it pours...Avengers!!! I just got the Hulk Maquette today and I am blown away by the level of detail and quality in it.

Fantastic piece! Pictures do not pick up on all the subtle shading and paint variations in his skin tone. I can't say enough good about it. The one and only movie version statue I have (and probably will ever have) in my collection.

Here are some overall shots.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I'm just trying to keep up with your great collections. :duff

Both the Sideshow EX and regular Sagat arrived this week. Jerry and company did a great job on this one. He is clearly one of the best Street Fighters produced to date. Here are some pics of mine...

The Green Lantern EX PF (580/750) arrived today and I think this came out great. I loved the way it looked from day 1 though, so I am glad it lived up to my expectations. This is the quintessential Hal Jordan GL to me. He looks best when displayed on a high shelf and the light up feature really puts this piece over the top for me. He actually looks great in the dark. I tried taking pics of him in the light and in the dark and with and without the light up feature.
