Everyone seems to be just waiting for the next popular Marvel piece but that doesn't make them grails.
If you say so. I think the line carries the AH! name but the sculpts, while good in their own right, DO NOT jump at you with the AH! look. The Michael Turner pieces (Supergirl, Withchblade, etc.) have that Turner feel to them.
I agree with the whole "Grail" thing although I've said here and there in the forums, everyone talking about the next grail and projecting their choice will ensure that those pieces do not hit that status.....its only a grail when its revered and people are willing to pay insane amounts of money just to have it in their collections, IMHO.
As for the Turner acknowledgement, I'd say they've captured his female style in statues but the males versions are horrid, the Flash/Gorilla Grodd left much to be desired, I know his look is elongated but that was overkill. Although with Turner it stops there, any figure produced in recent years that had Turner styling went amazingly wrong...

How sexist is that?
Better not show it to the g/f, she'd saying it was "perpetuating a sexist male stereotype of female oppression......."
My wife saw it and said "Jeez another nerd [insert your favorite pleasuring yourself euphemism] piece....you're lucky your married or else people would be afraid to touch anything in here". Slapped me playfully in the back of the head, remarked it looked better than Emma and laughed as she walked out of my office.
I don't think she is thinking female oppression more male self molestation....
