:clap two years later and it still holds up to current HT standards.
A truly classic piece.

Too right DA!!! It looks like a modern day film poster! And that suit is as old as me!! Lol. First Superman was released 3 days after I was born! Lol. Could be why I love it so much, and had the logo tattooed on me at 15!! Lol.

Off to see Man of Steel tomorrow night, and as good as Henry Cavil may be (which I hope he is) He will never be iconic like Christopher Reeve.

Just a shot of the ol' Superman shelf. Does anyone recommend the Matty 12" Zod and Lex to fill out the collection?

I do too. But since that'll probably never happen, I'm seriously considering the Mattys.

Saw and loved Man of Steel last night, so was in a Superman mood in the morning. Had to repose the Reeve Superman, and realised I had never used the flight stand before! So here's my first try out. Love this figure!!

That's what happened to me. End up getting Lex Luthor and General Zod from Matty's Movie Masters line. It's not a bad deal on Amazon right now.

In fact it kinda was flying. A real toy with those wings would have just dropped.

Yeah. He'd have to have had control surfaces and been flying really, *really* fast for them to have any effect.
But let's not over analyse this kind of thing.
Otherwise, the IM suits are just ridiculous(As is the fact that Cap calculates the angles of his shield hitting stuff so that it will ricochet directly back into his hands every time...).
Just go with the flow!

Just keep on pressing it with your thumb. It'll flatten out sooner or later.

Still having fun with this figure! :D

Walkies!

That head sculpt looks great. Is that your own custom or did you buy it? I'd be interested in one.

You'd need to ask Bleau Aquino.
