Modified Medicom Ultraman A-type

Heh' I collect too many things. 1/6 Anime and KR, Some 1/6 Movie, Resin and PVC statues, Gundam, Saint Seiya Myth Cloth, SIC, SOC, the list goes one man lol

I love and collect the Guyver BFC line also but lately they've taken such a long break. We aren't getting any new Figure til Next Summer. Have you collected all of them yet? I sent away for the Lucky Draw items and only got a Balcus so I still need the Aptom processing tank

hahaha. I do my best, my problem is I like everything lol.

As for Guyver Balcus and tank, Each one was a different campaign. I was just unlucky and only got 1..

Most guys who sent I know got both. How did you get yours? ^-^

Also do you read the comic of Guyver?

Never heard of Ultraman or know what he does, but that is a cool looking figure. Has a touch of the rocketeer about him. Would love to see the pics of the type C you mentioned, just to see the difference in the look of the rubber compared to the spandex. That's if you were going to break him out anyway. You take great pic too btw. Though god only knows why you had to bulk out his butt.

LOL. I guess I'm a butt man. I just can't stand to see a figure with a flat or too small a butt.

I have the B type. I wont open it up yet. MISB since I got em in Febuary.
MY fave Ultraman version in the series has alway been the A type due to the mask. It looks so retro and those imperfections gave it a menacing look.

I wanted to get the C type but whenever I find a piece locally, it seem to have small problem (the silver paint on the suit)

Ultra 7 looks excellent too.

I like the mask on the A, too. I like how it is rough and ancient looking - but is at the same time a symbol of the future.

The B-Type is the mail-in figure? The pricey one. I like the shoes on that version.

Yeah - the rubber suit looks cool, but causes issues. One of which is the silver paint. I got lucky and mine is pretty much flawless.

And I also want the Ultra 7 figure. I want the mail-in version. I'm hoping the price goes down on these figures in a bit. But they seem to be holding steady for the time being.

lol! i used to watch it (if my faulty memory is correct) every Sunday before Moms dragged me to church. like u i never knew WTH was going on but it was fun.

LOL.

Remember a show called "Goldaar"? It was another Japanese show featuring a giant robot. He was all gold (of course) - with two huge antennae and long straight blonde hair. His face was a very Ultraman-like.

And I'm pretty sure I saw one episode where he and Ultraman teamed up.

Definitely. C is pretty limited in how you can pose him. The rubber isn't quite thin enough.

But the rubber does capture the suit from the series pretty well - visually. So it's a trade-off.

They could have used the same material as the A - but that would require a new body for the C - that has the musculature details - and the suit would then have to be tailored to accent the musculature.

But both are awesome figures.

The suit is the same as C type but the silver paint was done better for the B version.

A type suit has always been the thinner kind from the TV series.
I used to have Ultraman Imit but sold it off a few months back.

I also have Ultra 7 imit. It looks cool.I thinks it's pretty cheap on ebay still.

I would like to get Hayata to go along with Dan Moroboshi but the price on that baby is insane.

I got it from a friend in Taiwan. He got the set but gave up collecting this line, so....I take over Balcus and process tank ^_^

I also read the comics and animate. I hope Hollywood can mae a better live action movie.

I love the new Anime TV series and currently read the comic. Nice to know someone else does the same here ^-^

Yeah Baltan is the coolest looking Ultraman monsters out there.

Zetton has the cool factor too. Not for the look but the fact that he kicked Ultaman's bu++

I really like the A type the B and C type is a little bit new and you can see the different between all of those 3 head.
