I was very underwhelmed by the pictures is saw on the internet. But i found a great deal on Mac so i decided to buy it.
The head are great. With some work the jacket can look really good. Of course the body is a total garbage. So after switching the body and enhanced the paint on the face i am happy with the result so far.
With the second head I removed the plastic hair and went with a freezed look. Bought stuff to make the last fight version.
Here's both of my Mac's so far.

Can the hair on the first sculpt be easily removed like on the second/shocked sculpt?

Yeah super easy to remove. Just put the head in boiling water and use a plier to gently detach it from the head.

I used some german leather long gloves. Not 100% accurate but works great.

Yep it looks phenomenal! What a funny release this has been from Mondo. It's the only commercial cult figure I know of that was lacking in many respects but has been made so much better with the creativity of the 1/6 collecting community.

Can you please share the list of items needed to make this second figure using a spare head sculpt?
I would try to hunt them down and try it myself.
