I was too. I thought they said the Cap statue was just a place holder until they could decide what it really was going to be, and with this being all Funko I figured a POP was obvious.

Not bad. I only wanted the Pop for my son but with SW and DC hitting it was tough.
They charge that in one lump sum right?

All the one-year subscriptions charge the entire amount at once--but you'll get a shiny gold non-Funko statue to toss in a box and forget. 
I still end up doing the year package though since it's a bit cheaper in the long run.

You only get the shiny gold statue if you were a Marvel founder. The HEROS will get something else and the SW and DC who knows.
And just out of curiosity what kind of subscription numbers do you think these subscription boxes have? I know they are not rare but 10,000? 25,000?

I forgot only the Founders are getting the statue. Mine's supposed to be shipping soon. I have no idea what kind of subscription numbers these boxes get, but I'd bet there were a lot of Marvel Founders considering it was the first Funko-sponsored comic book box.

Yeah, I got my MCC statue email as well. The only good thing about that those will just get rarer and rarer each year since people will drop out but nobody new can join. Its also interesting that SW had the BOSS program to go with their pirate and smuggler program but there wasn’t a founder type for DC.

I got my Deadpool box from the Marvel Collector Corps a short while ago.
Of the 3 I've got ( GOTG & Deadpool on subscription and I also got the Avengers one as they still had some in stock ) it's probably my favorite overall package although Hulkbuster is the best of the Exclusive Funko POP! figures I've got.
I'm looking forward to see what they do for Civil War.
