I have the Excl on order but wasn't totally convinced about keping it.

One of my concerns was the colouring esp that of the skin looked dull but after having watched the short clip at SS i am somewhat excited to have this on the way and it appears once again that the pics somewhat under sell the piece.

WOW, this comes with a nifty price tag.... I prob would have ordered it if it were not that I have the SSW MOA already and it is such a beauty to boot!!!
I am getting the Gan/Rog dio insead, the Fellbeast dio "fit" into my SSW collection so well that the PF's are just too big and would look odd next to the rest of my collection.....

The more I look at the pictures, the more I'm convinced that this is the BEST LOTR premium format from Sideshow. The detail is amazing, the interchangeable head, but the pose is what makes it stand out for me. The pose stance is very agressive as its ready to jump right at you to attack.

Yes the pose is striking and the first thing that grabbed my attention.

I know this will be awesome but i'm not convinced for me that it will be better than Lurtz and Aragorn but anywhere close will be outstanding.

Moria Orcs are pretty small, I think they're about the size of a Hobbit.

Here is an image I made trying to figure that very thing out.

The orc on the right is based on the Sideshow website specs, 19mm tall, vs 22.5 for Lurtz.

The Orc on the left has the same size width base as Lurtz. I only own Lurtz, so I don't know if the PF all have the same size bases.

I'm guessing the true size is somewhere in between.

They don't all have the same size bases -- Gandalf's base for example is noticeably smaller than Lurtz's. It's possible that the bases are all the same height.

Yes, all the bases have the same height (not counted rocks) but have a different size. Frodo's base for example, is much smaller than Lurtz's.

Yes inches... I converted to mm in PhotoShop and that stuck in my head for some reason.

Do they have a monkey with his foot in his mouth?
